Aubrey: Yes, this is Aubrey Chmelar. I need to renew my library books... actually, they are on my sister, Nicole Chmelar's card.
Silence...
Aubrey: Yes.
Silence...
Aubrey: Ok.
Silence...
Aubrey: Thank you!
