Last week we had some friends over for supper, games, and a bonfire.  We played the Chmelar-family-initiation game, Guesstures, and laughed and laughed and laughed.  Thanks guys for such good times!

A New Friend...

On Monday night we had a new friend over for supper and games.  He is the campaign manager for Jarad Klein - the man running for state representative in our district.  It was fun getting to know him better and boy did we have FUN!!!!

From a typical Chmelar supper (which he lived to tell about!), to bowls flying across the table, to dancing and music, and then a wild game of charades, it was a night full of laughs!  We all hope he comes again real soon!  Here's a little look into our night...

The Brennemans!! (My second family)

Meet the Brennemans... for the last eight months I've been a nanny for them. From day one, I've loved my job. Everyday is an adventure and with the kids-lots of kids- life is never boring. The funny things they say and do keep me rolling on the floor. I love the great talks with the older kids, which are very intense and somewhat heated at times. I've learned a lot from Mrs. Brenneman about cooking and other household stuff. All the way around, it's been a great experience.

So I thought that after eight months, it was high time you meet them!

I'm sorry to report that I will be leaving them at the end of this week. But don't think our good times together are over because somehow they've managed to get in my heart.
